In this vlog we visit a fluffy new arrival at Elisabeths garden in Praiano.

I make 4 kilos of orange jam. Dad said I can't call it marmalade as that can only be made with oranges from Seville!
I use Fruttapec 2:1 to make my jams. It is an ingredient that you add to the sugar and it speeds up the gelling process. Just makes the whole process easier.
A few days of bad weather have been , and just as I about to go out there is a whopper of a storm.

Carlo has been working these last few days and so has not appeared in this video, sorry!
